■ Coin status display

In recent years, services have become popular in which PCGS and NGC guarantee authenticity and place coins graded out of 70 in plastic cases. These are called "slabs" due to their shape, and are becoming the mainstream way of judging the condition of collectible coins.

With 50 years of experience in coin appraisal, we use the following criteria to indicate the condition of coins that are not in a slab.

*Abbreviations for FDC=Fleur de coin, UNC=Uncirculated, AU=About Uncirculated, EF=Extremely Fine, VF=Very Fine, F=Fine, VG=Very Good, G=Good, PL=Prooflike

*Some slabs have defects such as "UNC Detail", "AU Detail", "XF Detail", "VF Detail", etc. that do not have a "detail" or grading number. For these coins, the overall condition excluding the defect is also listed, so please refer to it.

*The ★ mark placed after the grade, such as "MS64★", indicates that the coin has particularly excellent eye appeal among coins of the same grade.

*There are some exceptions regarding valuation, such as antique gold and silver.

[Returns, exchanges, and cancellations]

• If the product you purchased is significantly different from what was shown, or if you believe it is not authentic (please state the reason in this case), please contact us by email within one week of receiving the product, stating that you wish to return it.
  Please note that returns, exchanges and cancellations will not be accepted in the following cases:
  - Returns due to customer reasons such as incorrect ordering.
  - Products that have been damaged by the customer, washed, or otherwise altered from their original condition.

Shipping, shipping fees and payment

■ About product shipping

Normally, we plan to ship within 3 business days from the payment date. Products are picked up from the store or warehouse after an order is placed, inspected, packed, and then shipped. Please note that shipping may take longer than usual, such as when exhibiting at events. In such cases, we will contact you separately.

■ Confirmation of shipping address information

If we determine that the information you entered needs confirmation, we may contact you by email or phone for verification. Additionally, if the entered information contains many errors and we determine that delivery is difficult, we may cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

■ About shipping fees

The following shipping fees are set per order.

*Shipping fees are charged per order, regardless of the number of items ordered.

*Shipping fees include packaging costs and consumption tax.

■ About international shipping

For standard orders, the deliverable area is limited to within Japan. For sales and shipping overseas, please refer to this page and contact us.

■ About combined shipping

We only accept combined shipping for two orders if the following conditions are met:

① The delivery address, payment method, and other destination information are all identical.

② Both orders are still in the pre-stock securing stage.
Acceptance of combined shipping will be "until the email confirming stock availability is sent" after the order is placed. After that, due to the progress of shipping preparation work such as packing, orders will be shipped individually as usual, not combined.

If you wish to combine orders, please indicate this when placing the second order or contact shop@coins.co.jp with the order numbers clearly stated.

Due to processing procedures, the payment deadline is set to "1 week after sending the stock confirmation email."
