Shipping, shipping fees and payment

■ About product shipping

We usually plan to ship within 3 business days from the date of payment. After receiving your order, the product will be picked up from the store or warehouse, inspected, packed, and shipped. However, there may be cases where it takes longer than usual, such as when exhibiting at an event or special event. In such cases, we will contact you again.

■ Confirming shipping address information

If we determine that it is necessary to confirm the information you have entered, we may contact you by email or phone. Also, if there are many errors in the information you have entered and we determine that delivery is difficult, we may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

■ Shipping fees

The following shipping fees are charged per order.
*Shipping charges will be incurred for each order regardless of the number of items ordered.

Okinawa and Islands 1,600 yen

*Shipping costs include consumption tax and packaging fees.

■ About overseas shipping

Delivery areas for regular orders are limited to within Japan. For sales and shipping to overseas countries, please refer to this page and contact us.

■ About combined shipping

We will only accept combined shipping if you place two orders and the following conditions are met:

- All information such as delivery address, payment method, and delivery address is the same.
- Both orders are not yet ready to be shipped.

If you would like to have the items shipped together, please indicate this in your second order, or contact us at shop@coins.co.jp with your order number.
*Depending on when you contact us, there may be cases where shipping preparations have already begun and the items cannot be shipped together.

For other cases, please contact us individually.

■ Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:
・Bank transfer
・Postal transfer
・Credit card

*Please note that any fees associated with remittance will be borne by the customer.

■ Payment deadline

Due to procedural reasons, the payment deadline is "one week after the stock availability email is sent."
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please complete the payment procedure within one week.
If you are unable to make payment within one week, please let us know.
