Q. I have registered but I cannot log in to my page.

A. It is possible that your account has not yet been "activated."
You will need to take action to activate your account.
Immediately after creating a new account, an "Account Activation Email" will be automatically sent to you, so please follow the instructions in that email to activate your account.

Specifically, the steps are as follows:

1. Click the "Activate Account" button in the email.
2. On the "Activate your account" screen you will be redirected to, set a password.

*The account activation email will expire 30 days after it is issued.

Q. I registered as a member on the old EC site before October 28, 2024, but I can't log in.

A. If you registered as a member on the old EC site before October 28, 2024, you will need to reset your password and activate your account.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our regular users, but we would ask that you please reset your password using the following method.

[How to set up]

1. On the new registration screen (account creation screen), enter only your email address (the one you registered on the old EC site) and click the "Create" button.

2. An "Activate your account" email will be automatically sent to that email address. Click the "Activate your account" button in the email.

3. On the "Activate your account" screen, set a password.

If you can't solve it...

We can resend the account activation email, so please let us know if you would like to do so.

Q. I have already stopped using the email address I used to register as a member on the old EC site.

Your email address is your login account for this EC site. If the email address you registered on the previous EC site is no longer available due to cancellation, etc., please register as a member again with a new email address.
