■ Coin status display

In recent years, services have become popular in which PCGS and NGC guarantee authenticity and place coins graded out of 70 in plastic cases. These are called "slabs" due to their shape, and are becoming the mainstream way of judging the condition of collectible coins.

With 50 years of experience in coin appraisal, we use the following criteria to indicate the condition of coins that are not in a slab.

*Abbreviations for FDC=Fleur de coin, UNC=Uncirculated, AU=About Uncirculated, EF=Extremely Fine, VF=Very Fine, F=Fine, VG=Very Good, G=Good, PL=Prooflike

*Some slabs have defects such as "UNC Detail", "AU Detail", "XF Detail", "VF Detail", etc. that do not have a "detail" or grading number. For these coins, the overall condition excluding the defect is also listed, so please refer to it.

*The ★ mark placed after the grade, such as "MS64★", indicates that the coin has particularly excellent eye appeal among coins of the same grade.

*There are some exceptions regarding valuation, such as antique gold and silver.

• The prices displayed on this site are the selling prices on this EC site. They may differ from the selling prices in stores or at event venues.

[Returns, exchanges and cancellations]

• If the product you purchased is significantly different from what was shown, or if you believe it to be inauthentic (please state the reason in this case), please contact us by email within one week of receiving the product, stating that you wish to return it.
  Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations in the following cases:
  - Returns due to customer reasons such as incorrect ordering.
  - Products that have been damaged by the customer, washed, or otherwise altered to their original condition.
  - If more than one week has passed since the product was delivered.

Shipping, shipping fees and payment

■ About product shipping

Normally, we plan to ship within 2 business days after payment. After receiving your order, we will pick up the product from the store or warehouse, inspect it, pack it, and ship it. However, there may be cases where it takes longer than usual, such as when exhibiting at special events. In that case, we will contact you again.

■ Confirmation of shipping address information

If we determine that we need to confirm the information you have entered, we may contact you by email or phone. Also, if there are many errors in the information you have entered and we determine that delivery is difficult, we may cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

■ Shipping Fees

The following shipping fees are charged per order:
*Shipping charges will be incurred for each order, regardless of the number of items ordered.

*Shipping costs include consumption tax and packaging fees.

■ About overseas shipping

Delivery areas for regular orders are limited to within Japan. For sales and shipping to overseas destinations, please refer to this page and contact us.

■ About combined shipping

We will only accept combined shipping if you place two orders and the following conditions are met:

- All information such as delivery address, payment method, delivery address, etc. is the same.
- Both orders are not yet prepared for shipment.

If you wish to have the items shipped together, please indicate this in your second order, or contact us at shop@coins.co.jp with your order number.

■ Payment deadline

Due to procedural reasons, the payment deadline is "one week after the stock reservation email is sent."
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you complete the payment procedure within one week.
If you are unable to make payment within one week, please let us know.

Regarding sales and shipping to overseas

• If you wish to sell or ship overseas, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form .
  *Normal orders can only be delivered within Japan.
• Please be sure to fill in the following items in the message field of the form when making an inquiry, as they are necessary for us to estimate shipping and insurance fees.

• Depending on the country or region of destination, shipping and insurance fees may be high.
• For overseas deliveries, delivery may take a significant amount of time.
• There are some countries and regions where sales are not possible due to being outside the shipping company's business area.
